How To Deal With Stretch Marks (White Marks On The Skin)


Body skin undergoes under a lot of changes. As a consequence, it loses natural elasticity and suffers “disconnections” otherwise called stretch marks, which may have a color ranging from red to white.

They appear as a result of sudden changes in weight, pregnancy, puberty, etc.

Stretch marks are a result of skin cracks and as the time goes by, they can be reduced, or completely disappear, depending on the phase they are, when you start to treat them.


These are the ingredients you need to make a remedy for a two-week treatment:

  • 2 tablespoons of coffee (espresso)
  • 5 tablespoons of olive or almond oil,


In a bowl mix the coffee and oil until it gets creamy shape, then, apply in areas where stretch marks have appeared (white marks like in: chest, thighs, abdomen), massage for 5 minutes, then take a warm towel and wrap your body with it, keep it for 25 minutes and finally rinse with lukewarm water.

Oil and coffee are a perfect combination for such treatment, they serve as body scrub and help in the treatment of stretch marks, moisture the skin and “level” it.

This method should be practiced 2-3 times a week.

Just to clear things out – do not expect the marks to disappear completely, since it is impossible./
