Me Vendimin nr. 32, dat\u00eb 21 janar 2026, qeveria i shtoi shoq\u00ebris\u00eb \u201cPartizani Sh.A.\u201d edhe 12 692 m\u00b2 truall, si shtes\u00eb e kontrat\u00ebs s\u00eb vitit 2016 t\u00eb lidhur me \u201cKontrat\u00eb 1 Euro\u201d. Nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb, kryeministri kishte deklaruar se pjesa e mbetur e repartit ushtarak nuk do t\u00eb jepej. Sipas informacionit t\u00eb publikuar, subjekti ka paraqitur k\u00ebrkes\u00eb p\u00ebr zhvillim nd\u00ebrtimor n\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqen e re. Vendimi ka hapur debat p\u00ebr trajtimin si \u201cshtes\u00eb\u201d t\u00eb nj\u00eb pasurie t\u00eb ndryshme ushtarake dhe p\u00ebr destinacionin e pron\u00ebs shtet\u00ebrore n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb partneritetit publik-privat.<\/p>\n

Pasi u publikua vendimi i qeveris\u00eb q\u00eb i dha shoq\u00ebris\u00eb \u201cPartizani Sh.A.\u201d qendr\u00ebn sportive \u201cSk\u00ebnderbegas\u201d n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb me sip\u00ebrfaqe 37 mij\u00eb m\u00b2 truall, Edi Rama e justifikoi at\u00eb si \u201cmb\u00ebshtetje p\u00ebr zhvillimin e futbollit modern\u201d.<\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb, kur iu p\u00ebrmend s\u00ebrish kjo \u00e7\u00ebshtje, kryeministri reagoi duke deklaruar:<\/p>\n

\u2013 Po t\u00eb kishte lidhje im v\u00eblla me p\u00ebrfitime nga toka q\u00eb iu dha shoq\u00ebris\u00eb \u201cPartizani\u201d, do t\u2019i kisha dh\u00ebn\u00eb edhe pjes\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb ky klub po e k\u00ebrkon prej 8 vitesh; por nuk do t\u2019ia japim, megjith\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqe me baraka t\u00eb vjetra pa vler\u00eb.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb 21 janar 2026, qeveria miratoi Vendimin nr. 32, t\u00eb firmosur nga kryeministri, q\u00eb parashikon shtes\u00eb n\u00eb Vendimin nr. 183, dat\u00eb 9 mars 2016, duke i dh\u00ebn\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb \u201cPartizani Sh.A.\u201d edhe 12 692 m\u00b2 truall me \u201cKontrat\u00eb 1 Euro\u201d.<\/p>\n

Sipas informacionit t\u00eb publikuar, shoq\u00ebria \u201cPartizani Sh.A.\u201d ka paraqitur k\u00ebrkes\u00eb n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin Komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Territorit dhe Ujit p\u00ebr zhvillim nd\u00ebrtimor n\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqen shtes\u00eb, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb nd\u00ebrtesa banimi dhe nj\u00ebsi sh\u00ebrbimi.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr realizimin e projektit, procedurat p\u00ebr lejen e nd\u00ebrtimit kalojn\u00eb p\u00ebrmes institucioneve p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse dhe miratohen nga K\u00ebshilli Komb\u00ebtar i Territorit.<\/p>\n

Sip\u00ebrfaqja e re \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb reparti ushtarak t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm nga ai i vitit 2016. Sipas dokumenteve, trualli prej 37 mij\u00eb m\u00b2 i dh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb 2016 lidhej me Repartin Ushtarak nr. 6010, nd\u00ebrsa sip\u00ebrfaqja 12 692 m\u00b2 i p\u00ebrket Repartit Ushtarak nr. 4030.<\/p>\n

Kjo ka ngritur debat p\u00ebr trajtimin e saj si \u201cshtes\u00eb kontrate\u201d dhe jo si pasuri e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb me procedur\u00eb t\u00eb re vendimmarrjeje.<\/p>\n

Kontratat \u201c1 Euro\u201d parashikojn\u00eb rikthimin e pasuris\u00eb te shteti pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb afatit 20-vje\u00e7ar. Megjithat\u00eb, zhvillimi i nd\u00ebrtimeve n\u00eb k\u00ebto sip\u00ebrfaqe ka nxitur diskutime mbi m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e administrimit t\u00eb pron\u00ebs publike.<\/p>\n
