The Long Island cop who arrested Justin Timberlake for DUI in the Hamptons was named Officer of the Year for making an \u201cimmediate impact\u201d in his first year on the job.<\/p>\n

Officer Michael Arkinson, 24, led his department in summonses and arrests, including Timberlake\u2019s high-profile stop last June.<\/p>\n

Despite not recognizing the pop star at the time, Arkinson charged him with DWI, later reduced to a lesser offense.<\/p>\n
