The monster Bronx mom who beat her 7-year-old daughter to death threw a tantrum in court on Monday \u2014 refusing to listen to the tragic girl\u2019s grieving dad and grandmother.<\/p>\n

It was the second time Navasia Jones had an outburst that derailed her sentencing to an agreed-to 15 years in prison for little Julissia Batties\u2019 brutal 2021 death.<\/p>\n

\u201cI really don\u2019t wish to hear what they have to say,\u201d Jones, 35, screamed at Julius Batties, her ex-partner and the girl\u2019s heartbroken dad.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat you say doesn\u2019t matter to me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Last month, Jones wouldn\u2019t even walk into the courtroom to face the music when Bronx prosecutors first tried to complete the sentencing part of her plea deal.<\/p>\n

Jones pleaded guilty to a count of manslaughter for beating her daughter to death in their Bronx apartment \u2014 allowing her son, charged with molesting his kid sister, to walk free.<\/p>\n

\u201cI took responsibility for the sake of my son being released,\u201d Jones shouted as she was being dragged from the courtroom on Monday.<\/p>\n

It came after her initial refusal to hear Julissia\u2019s father and grandmother deliver victim-impact statements to the court sparked a shouting match with Julius Batties.<\/p>\n

\u201cNavasia Jones murdered my daughter,\u201d Batties said.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou have proof I murdered your daughter, my daughter?\u201d Jones shot back.<\/p>\n

Then, she got into it with the judge.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t want to hear them,\u201d she told Bronx Supreme Court Justice Joseph McCormack. \u201cI\u2019m not interested.\u201d<\/p>\n

The judge told Jones he was nonetheless allowing Julius Batties and his mother, Yolanda Davis, to speak.<\/p>\n

\u201cOK, but that doesn\u2019t mean I have to listen to them,\u201d the confessed killer replied, before she was ultimately hauled away by court officers.<\/p>\n

The judge rescheduled the hearing for June 23. He implied he was considering whether to scrap the agreed-upon prison term \u2014 and questioned if he could instead sentence Jones to up to 25 years behind bars, the maximum for the charge of first-degree manslaughter.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf there\u2019s another outburst, I\u2019ll order officers to remove you from the courtroom and I\u2019ll determine what effect that will have on your sentence,\u201d the judge said.<\/p>\n

Julissia\u2019s half-brother, Paul Fine Jr., was also charged in her death, telling cops that he punched his sister eight times in the face \u2014 but he was cut loose in March when his mom copped to the killing.<\/p>\n

The tragic case \u2014 in which little Julissia\u2019s battered body was found on Aug. 10, 2021 \u2014 shocked the Big Apple and sparked allegations that the city\u2019s Administration of Children\u2019s Services had failed the girl.<\/p>\n

ACS had investigated the mom and taken Julissia away from her at birth \u2014 but returned the girl to Jones\u2019 custody less than two months before her death, despite a known history of violence and abuse in the home.<\/p>\n

In a heartbreaking audio recording obtained by The Post, the youngster could be heard hysterically sobbing and begging to remain with her grandmother during a weekend visit.<\/p>\n

\u201cI feel like she didn\u2019t deserved to be killed,\u201d Davis, Julissia\u2019s grandmother, wrote in her statement read in court Monday by Bronx Assistant District Attorney Alexandria Militano \u2014 saying Jones should\u2019ve left the girl in her care.<\/p>\n

\u201cI just really feel like you deserve more than 15 years,\u201d her statement said. \u201cYou deserve life after killing a precious child that was innocent that wasn\u2019t asked to be bought into this world.\u201d<\/p>\n

Still, Jones showed no remorse, snapping \u201cI don\u2019t feel no sympathy for you all\u201d at the family, while accusing her ex of abuse.<\/p>\n

\u201cDon\u2019t sit here in the court and put on a front like that. You know how it went down,\u201d she seethed.<\/p>\n

Her lawyer, Edward Sapone, admitted outside court that the rant could come back to hurt Jones.<\/p>\n
